REFUND/RETURN/SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. We currently offer product pickup, and flat rate shipping. Though we aim to ship orders within two business days, DBRC is a small operation and there may be some delays. Feel free to send us a reminder email if you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
We are currently not accepting returns. This is applicable to all items sold by DBRC.

Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds. Please contact us with your issue so we can make it right.
